Daniel Gil serves as President of OA Nevan Construction, LLC. Daniel brings more than 20 years of leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to the organization. As a Co-Founder of the firm, Daniel plays a central role in shaping the company’s direction, driving growth, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality construction solutions across all project sectors. Daniel oversees executive operations, business development, and client relations while guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex commercial and residential projects. His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, transparent communication, and long-term partnership building.
Daniel’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including multi-family residential, commercial interiors, retail and office environments, assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, and educational facilities. With a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University, a M.B.A. in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a strong foundation in construction management, his ability to integrate technical expertise with strategic planning has positioned OA Nevan Construction LLC as a trusted, high performing contractor in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland markets.

Known for his precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence, Luis oversees the full spectrum of project operations—from initial planning through final delivery—ensuring every project is executed with meticulous attention to detail.
Luis plays a central role in guiding the company’s comprehensive service offerings, including pre-construction planning, project budgeting, contract negotiations, business development, client relations and seamless project execution. His ability to integrate strategic oversight with hands on management allows OA Nevan Construction to consistently deliver superior results while maintaining efficiency, transparency, and cost control.
